11年7月30日兴庆公园礼服人像外拍活动总结
本次兴庆公园活动 出现了几个问题 我代表俱乐部做出检讨
一.面试了60余位女孩 挑选的12位女孩 有6位没有到场 也没有电话通知 是俱乐部工作人员的工作失误
二.聚餐没有很好的安排 聚餐时一共12个MM 13个摄影 每位摄影收费30元 俱乐部补贴260元 是俱乐部安排失误
三.兼职工作人员没有经过培训 现场次序还是有些凌乱 没有有效杜绝蹭拍
四.退胸牌工作出现失误 活动结束后 退胸牌的押金多出10元 估计是多收了某位摄影师10元钱
针对以上问题 俱乐部提出整改方案
一.面试后当天电话沟通 活动开始前2小时电话通知 活动开始前1小时电话提醒
二.询问会员意见 能否将以后聚餐标准改为40元 活动模特参加聚餐实行邀请制
三.活动开始前做工作人员培训,怎么防止蹭拍,怎么打板,怎么为模特服务,怎么为模特送水
四.公司财务人员将对所有工作人员做财务培训,尽量防止错帐的发生.
